LC4超硬Al合金的超塑变形行为

对LC_4超硬Al合金的形变热处理工艺进行了调整,使该合金超塑性大大提高,在510℃,初始应变速率为8.33×10~(-4)s~(-1)条件下拉伸变形,最大延伸率可以达到2100%。金相观察表明,随着应变的增加,晶粒长大,合金发生应变硬化。合金变形时的晶粒稳定性增强是导致大延伸的重要原因。

The superplasticity of high strength superhard A1 alloy LC4 was improved to a great extent by modified thermomechanical treatment.Its maximum elongation may be up to 2100% un- der deformation at initial strain rate of 8.33×10~(-4) S~(-1) at 510℃.Observations of the microstructure changes revealed that with the increase of the deformation,the grain grows and the alloy exhibits strain hardening.The excellent elongation of the alloy seems due to the in- crease of grain stability under deformation.
